The Data Population Summary contains all the data that was moved into the Generate Reporting Data Store (RDS) from the state’s longitudinal data system (SLDS) or other source systems.
The Data Population Summary is not limited to counts based on ED_Facts_ or other reports; instead, it provides comprehensive counts of data based on student subpopulations. This affords you a chance to identify anomalies or discrepancies in the data before reports are run or submitted.
To access the Data Population Summary report page, click on “Data Population Summary” from the toolbar at the top of any page in Generate. You can also click on the "Data Population Summary" graphic located on the right side of the home page.
